weather here since my return, which still continues.

ult. with enclosures was recd
yesterday. I am pleased to hear
that you are all getting along so
well and retain your health.
I hope Val will get clear of
that head ache & be able to attend
school, but you are right in
not urging him to school when
not in good health. It is very
important to keep up the equilibri-
um between the physical & mental
systems & to not cultivate & push
forward the mental at the expense
of the physical. I wish you would
carefully study the dispositions &
mental characteristics of our chil-
dren so as to ascertain what the
strongest bent or inclination of each
one of them is , whether for mechanical,
