Colonel 
 
	I have the honor to report that there were 54 men 
of my command engaged with the enemy in the 
battle on Wilkinsons Pike, near Stone River on 
yesterday the 7th inst. 
 


The casualties in men in my command was as follows 
 


      Conrad Feisel	Private		wounded severely  

      Christopher Miley	    Do		    Do	      Do 

      Henry Griesel	    Do		    Do	    slightly 

      Joseph Clavin	    Do		    Do	      Do 
 


	My command took no prisoner from the enemy 
and I don’t know what casualties my command 
inflicted upon them.  I had 4 horses disabled.
