Transcript	Delphi Ind, Sept. 6th -64 Dear Aunt Breach= =ed home last eavning. Dr Grimes is dead. Pa expressed his from Patsburg. & he will be here this morning. Poor Grimes. He is bound to help the niggers out of the mire. He willed all but a few hundred $s to educate the negro children. He will be buried tomorrow at 2 oclock. The sermon will be preached by Mr. Jones. My love to all , Your affectionate niece . A. Beck
