I am now at
Georges, this is Monday night
at 9 o’clock. We came here on Satur
day night. I nd the children
left home on last Thursday
morning. We got to Lafayette
in the afternoon, and went to
William Watsons. We made his
house our headquarters untill
I got my teeth fixt. Moore worked
on my teeth part of Friday and Saturday.
Watson took us to the depot on Saturday
evening, we left in the Cars about
8 o’clock and arrived here all
safe, there has been a good
deal of sickness here. George and
Jane have been sick, George is
now well, but Jane is not
yet able to be about her work.
