The loan of Sinking fund has the interest
paid to April 21, 1865 – & Tatman says that
E. Wright has assumed payment of it.
The College fund loan has three years
interest due amounting to $105 – costs
of advertising $4.00 – making $109 –to pay
interests & costs to 14 April 1865—will take
$609 to pay it off.

Mr Thompson has just
been in and read to me letters, one
from each of the receivers of the above
funds spoken of – I requested him
to make the above written statem-
ent so that you could see the cond-
ition those funds are in - What shall
we do with that land which is
mortgaged to the College fund
and which is now advertised for
sale? Shall we redeem it? or allow
it to be sold? I cant help but
think that Cicero has deceived me
about that fund, he certainly
told me that it was paid off –
I received yours of Nov 15th this morning
and Ella got hers of Nov 6th on Sabbath
morning. She was highly pleased
