To all to whom these presents shall come, be it known 
 
 
 
   That  Robert H. Milroy , Esquire, having pro- 
duced, to us the undersigned, Judges of the Supreme Court, satisfactory evidence that he 
is a person of good moral character, and having been examined by us touching his                 											qualifi- 
cations, we do hereby license and authorize him,  the said     Robert  H. 
Milroy,   Esquire, to practice  as an attorney and counsellor at law in 
the superior and inferior Courts of  record within this State.
