Personally appeared
before me the undersigned the Clerk of
the Carroll Circuit Court, the under
named Robert H. Milroy who being by
me duly sworn upon his oath swears that
he will support the Constitution of the
United States and the Constitution of the
State of Indiana, and that he will
faithfully, diligently, and impartially discharge
his duties as Resident Judge of the eighth
Indiana Circuit of the state of Indiana
during his continuance in Office.
