I Certify, on honor, that                 Thirty seven                  Commissioned Officers, 
and Six hundred & Ninety eight Non-Commissioned Officers, Musicians and 
Privates, U. S. Troops, of  the            9th              Regiment               Indiana 
have been transported from             Bellair          to                       Columbus 
this          23rd         day of               July   1861,  and that                         Four 
extra Cars were necessary, and were actually used, in transporting  the public property 
of the command.
