Nov. 8/62 Morning – It snowed here all night and is
still snowing rapidly (10 ½ A.M.) I am getting ready
and will stand in an hour to cross Cheat and Alligany
Mountains again for Monteray.- my advance will
be there tomorrow - I wish you to preserve the
enclosed, lithographs as I wish to enlarge this
collection from time to time until I get all
our Generals and celebrated civilians. also
some of the leading traitors when I will
have them framed but not all together. New
traitors by themselves and the mean Genls, & C,
including McDowell by themselves.
