well how is every body around the old home place by now? I got a letter from you a few days ago. I guest they are changing around there quit a bit. you didn't know weather you war going to stay at dupoint or not. look like they would half to keep a few men there, but you can't tell what the hell they will do with any thing now. you must have all the tobacco cut by now. to bad you couldn't have a good crop. but it mite cure up nice and bring a good nice any way. last year when you were cuting tobacco I thought I would be home by this year, but I was so rong. I'll be Lucky to get home by selling time and dought if I am then, but I do hpe it cure up good. so it will
