TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETING:
Whereas, It has been certified to me by the proper authority that, Ward H. Watson has been elected to the office of Judge of the Appellate Court, in the First District, within and for the State of Indiana
Therefore Know Ye, That in the name and by the authority of the State aforesaid, I do hereby Commission the said Ward H. Watson Judge of the Appellate Court for the District aforesaid, for the term of four years from the first day of January, 1907, until his successor shall have been elected and qualified.
