It is my pleasure to inform you that PFC. Billie Wayne, Watts RA 16 311 609, United States Army, recently returned from Korea, has been assigned to Camp Carson, Colorado for separation from the service.
The above enlisted man is departing Camp Carson on 6 October 52 enroute to his home at St. Joseph, Indiana.
I am forwarding this information to you in the event your city should desire to give some form of recognition to the patriotic services of PFC. Billie Wayne, Watts.
