Hello Mr. Dorsey.
Just a few lines to let you know I am O.K. and hope you are the same. Well we are still at the rifle range and fired the M1 for the first time yesterday. We have four days of firing before record day Thurs Feb 10th, I shot 158 out of a possible 200 yesterday my first time hope I can do a lot better record day sure would be proud to be able to wear the "Expert medal," so wish me luck won't you? well. Mr Dorsey I don't have time to write very much but try to do my best I hope it is good enought for the time begin. Well Mr Dorsey tell everyone hello for me. Your Friend Harry.
