Dear Sir;
Just a few lines this morning to let you know I haven’t forgot you. I know it’s been quite
some time since I have wrote but we have all been very busy, letter writing time is
scarace. Every thing in this vicinity going o.k. & I presume it’s the same back home. have
heard some about the union starting back home. has it ever been completed & do you
think its going to be an asset.
Just sent my wife a collection of stamps I bought over here & asked her to show them to
you. Would like to know what you think of them & if they are worth $10 dollars. That’s
what I gave. its quite a bit of money. but one of my friends who is a stamp collector said
they were worth it. I rather doubt if you would want any of them, but in case you do will
see that you get them at the same price I gave. Well must close tell all my friends hello.
A Friend
