Description	Elwood's City Building was constructed in 1899 at a cost of $35,000. It was based on a model of the Chicago Town Hall. It was replaced in 2003 with a new Municipal Building. In 2005, the Robert Palmer Institute of Biomechanics was announced as its new tenant.
